Repairs & Jewelry Care:
All pieces are handmade with care and attention to detail using .925 sterling silver and natural stones. While these items are made to last, "life, uh, finds a way" (Jeff Goldblum, Jurassic Park, 1993). Should there ever be an issue with any of the items you have purchased, I guarantee repairs to help keep your new possession alive. However, I cannot provide repairs on items not handmade by myself and cannot offer any stone repairs. Resizing is accepted on a case-by-case basis at an additional charge. To help prevent damage, degradation or tarnishing to your piece, avoid chemical cleaners and use mild soaps, silver polishing compounds or polishing cloths instead.
Custom Orders:
*Custom orders are currently closed.* A non-refundable deposit is required upon placing your order, and the remaining balance is due when the piece is completed. I accept layaway on custom orders only. I make it a priority to keep the client involved during the creation process from choosing their own stone to receiving progress pictures. I am always open to suggestions during this process, but please respect artistic license. While inspiration photos are welcome, I will not replicate another artist’s work. Made to Order:
Made to order items are located under the product section and will be in their specified category. Use the notes during checkout to give your desired size, and please allow 2-3 weeks for fabrication.
Shipping:
Orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the label has been created. If there are any added shipping requests, please contact me or add them to your checkout notes. Additional requests are subject to additional charges.
